This business process runs when the FOIA request enters the Appeal queue. This process orchestrates all the actions needed when a FOIA request is entering the Appeal queue. Currently there are two such actions: 1. Set the status to Perfected, if status is not Closed 2. Set the queue name to 'Appeal' 3. Generate an acknowledgement letter
